Includes: Up to four 1-Hour Visits for Prenatal Preparation and Postpartum Planning. Birth planning consultation and development included. These appointments can be used both prenatally and postpartum as the family needs. Additional visits can be added to this package for hourly rate.
Your Birth Matters - Childbirth Education Series

A 6-week comprehensive Childbirth Education series to prepare you and your support team for your labor, birth, and postpartum.
Phases and Stages of labor, Pain Management Options - both natural and medical- , Types of Delivery, Postpartum preparation, Newborn Care & Breastfeeding and much more.
This class is appropriate for preparing for in and out of hospital birth. Partners/Coaches are encouraged to attend classes.
One on One Childbirth Preparation

Comprehensive Childbirth Education at your own pace on your own schedule. Curated to your needs and what you feel most needed to focus on - Including: Physiology of Birth, Phases & Stages of Labor, Pain Management & Comfort Measures, Modes of Birth, Postpartum Care, Newborn Care & Breastfeeding.
Birth Planning Consultation
$75
An opportunity to sit down with a birth work professional and organize your thoughts and plans for your birth. Together we will draft simple, easily recieved birth plan based on your specific needs and desires. Revisions can be made any time until you are confident with it.
